Understanding calf strains

A calf strain is a common injury that mostly affects individuals who regularly engage in sports, but may happen to anyone who makes a sudden movement that causes the calf muscle to contract too abruptly. There are three grades of calf strains, ranging from minor injury to severe muscle damage. Choosing the right backpack
